Online Payment for membership Terms and Conditions:
1. Refund/Cancellation Policy:
– Refund and cancellation requests are not permitted once a transaction has been successfully processed. It is essential for users to review their orders carefully before confirming payment.
2. Membership Fee:
– Membership fees are non-refundable. Once the payment for membership is completed, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Technical Errors/Transaction Disputes
In the event of a dispute related to a transaction, users are encouraged to contact customer support promptly. We will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with our policies.In the event of a technical error resulting in payment discrepancies, the system will automatically credit or refund the amount to the member’s bank account within 5-7 working days. Members are advised to report any such issues promptly for resolution.
